A request does not grant authority
A convenient channel does not expand a user’s or agent’s permissions. Define accessible sources, permitted actions and what requires approval before execution.

Collect recurring questions, identify their sources and business meaning, and review answers and outputs with the responsible people. Then expand to further tasks and channels.
